Quality Assurance as an Integral Part of Development
- Contribute to the test strategy and test plans to ensure the highest software quality
- Work closely with developers to promote a Shift-Left Testing mindset
- Implement quality assurance measures throughout the entire software development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain automated tests for frontend and API testing
- Ensure seamless integration of tests into our CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
- Optimize and continuously improve test automation
- Apply modern test automation approaches to ensure efficient and scalable test solutions
- Conduct exploratory and manual tests to identify potential weaknesses
- Analyze and document defects, working closely with developers to resolve them
- Support developers with root cause analysis and debugging
- Contribute to the development of company-wide QA standards and test automation strategies
- Evaluate and implement new testing technologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with quality guidelines across the team
