As an in-house recruiter, you’ll play a key role in driving our talent acquisition efforts. Working closely with our departments and the HR team in Germany, you’ll help us find people who are passionate about putting humans at the center and creating an inspiring work environment.
Our HR team currently consists of four people, all based in Germany. That makes this role the go-to person for recruitment locally – you’ll hold the fort in our Berlin office and ensure smooth recruiting operations for our teams in Sweden and Norway as well.
In this position, you’ll combine hands-on recruiting expertise with generalist HR topics – roughly split 70% recruiting, 30% HR. You’ll work as part of a small, collaborative team and contribute to shaping the entire employee lifecycle.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (approx. 70%)
Collaboration: You work closely with hiring managers, challenge requirements constructively, and act as a sparring partner at eye level.
Job Postings: You create targeted, engaging job ads and publish them on relevant platforms.
Process Design: You continuously improve our recruitment process – from intake to offer – ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience throughout.
Active Sourcing: You take full ownership of sourcing hard-to-fill roles – going beyond traditional channels with creative, data-driven approaches.
Strategy & Trends: You develop tailored sourcing strategies, stay up to date on talent market trends, bring fresh ideas, and contribute to strengthening our employer brand in the recruitment context
HR Generalist Responsibilities (approx. 30%)
Contract Management: You prepare employment contracts and amendments in close coordination with the team, and during vacation cover, you also take on general HR tasks from daily operations.
HR Projects & Daily Ops: You support HR processes and projects as part of our day-to-day business – e.g. onboarding, data maintenance, or internal communication.
Team Collaboration: We’re a small, dynamic HR team that supports each other and shares knowledge – collaboration is at the heart of how we work.
Experience: At least 3 years of solid experience in active sourcing and recruiting – ideally in a dynamic tech, digital, or high-growth environment.
Expertise: Proficiency with common tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager, ATS systems, and a good understanding of key recruiting metrics.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal instincts, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.
Work Style: Structured and self-driven – even when things get busy.
Languages: Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
