Stellenbeschreibung

Position: Accountant
Location: Sandefjord or around Oslo (hybrid - 2-3 days in office)
Contract: Unlimited, full-time 37.5 hours

About the Role
We are looking for a collaborative and adaptable Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team in Norway. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international team, is eager to learn new tools, and can support our ongoing transition to NetSuite. You will be working closely with our Nordic & Germany Finance Team, ensuring smooth financial operations and providing essential support.

Your tasks:

Invoicing & Accounts Payable/Receivable – Managing ledgers and assisting with invoices.
Clients & Vendors Support – Responding to financial inquiries from clients and vendors.
System Transition Support – Assisting with the migration to NetSuite and learning new financial tools.
Collaboration – Working closely with the finance team and other departments and providing backup support when needed.

Your skillset:

A team player who enjoys collaborating and working in a dynamic, changing environment
You have a degree in Finance or Accounting and around 2 years' experience in a similar role
Open to learning new financial systems and tools
Comfortable in an international workplace with cross-border collaboration
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of financial processes
Knowledge of NetSuite and a willingness to learn new financial tools
Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
